Job Overview
As a Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, contributing significantly to financial operations at both product/function and corporate levels. You will be responsible for overseeing the three-year, annual, and quarterly planning and forecasting cycles, managing monthly financial closures, and delivering performance reporting. Your analytical insights will play a crucial role in informing strategic decision-making and aligning financial objectives throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategy formulation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial closure processes.
- Communicate high-level performance results, emphasizing critical financial drivers within your designated areas.
- Provide insightful financial analyses and perform ad-hoc evaluations to identify trends and pressing issues.
- Partner with Financial Transformation & Systems teams to optimize financial workflows.
- Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all financial operations.

Qualifications
